Chris Coppola (born November 26, 1968, Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor and comedian who has no relation to the Coppola filmmaking family. His family moved to California during his childhood, and he graduated from California State University, Long Beach, where he stumbled into acting after accidentally registering for the wrong class in his final semester. He then worked at Industrial Light & Magic in San Francisco before returning to Los Angeles to study acting at the Lost Studio, training on plays by Pinter, Shanley, Chekhov, and Shakespeare. He made his film debut in Spawn (1997) and had his first starring role in Postal (2007). He is married to Jill Coppola; they have no children. His notable film credits include Spawn (1997) (John Leguizamo, Bridget Fonda), The Polar Express (2004) (Tom Hanks, Daryl Sabara), Postal (2007) (Dave Foley, Jackie Tohn), BloodRayne 2: Deliverance (2007) (Krista Allen, Michael Paré), Beowulf (2007) (Ray Winstone, Angelina Jolie), Far Cry (2008) (Cate Blanchett, Eric Bana), Friday the 13th (2009) (Derek Mears, Jared Padalecki), and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul (2017) (Zachary Gordon, Robert Carradine). On television he has a recurring role as Melvin Redmond in Too Old to Die Young (2019), a guest spot in Barry (2022), and currently voices Enzo Ferino in the Netflix animated series Devil May Cry (2025–present).
