Fyodor Otsep, also known as Fedor Ozep, was a Russian-American film director and screenwriter. Pudovkin and Yakov Protazanov before transitioning to directing in 1926. His notable works include The Living Corpse (1929), based on Leo Tolstoy's play, and Amok (1934). Otsep's films are recognized for their narrative depth and stylistic innovation.
